As a Property manager of a new residential apartment complex. I am responsible for many tasks such as administration, facility management, business operations, maintenance, resident safety, security, physical plant inspections, marketing, policy management, and billing.

-Duties Include

• Communication with contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with deadlines and regulations.
• Oversee maintenance department by monitoring projects and daily tasks.
• Notify appropriate individuals of project updates, delays, and schedule changes.
• Monitor timely receipt and reconciliation of rent collections in accordance with landlord and resident statutes.

As an industrial injury prevention specialist, I focus on ergonomics, industrial health, hygiene, safety, environmental health, and emergency response.

• Educate, promote, and monitor occupational health and wellness ensuring employee performance and efficiency.
• Communication with environmental health and safety as well as quality management to confirm facilities, environment, and products are safe for employees as well as consumers.

As a Center manager I own several responsibilities and manage multiple departments. I oversee three Total senior care facilities which includes programs development and physical plant operations.
