- Responsibilities/ Chase the mill replace hanger bearing, motors, gearboxes, vertical elevator belts and buckets. Tracked elevator. Troubleshooting by finding root cause analysis. Welding here and there. Building and taking apart of pelletmills and their rolls. Worked on automated bag stacking robot. Check and replace electrical fuses. Follow our food SOP’s when working on equipment. Do preventative maintenances.

- Started as a relief operator and then offered to become a millwright apprentice in June of 2021. Went through the company apprenticeship for 3 years.
- Duties as millwright. Do daily work orders and chase the mill. On weekends we would do all sorts of jobs from. Replacing bearing, sprockets, chains, shafts, keyed shafts, Welding, torching with acetylene and plasma, replacing motors, gearboxes. Worked on and replaced pneumatic cylinders actuators and valves. Worked on hydraulic cylinders, valves, and lines. Also made hoses.
