• Twenty-four years extensive field experience with leading industrial construction & maintenance companies from start to finish on a variety of industrial and commercial projects. • Performing routine plant maintenance in five different units on various flow, level, pressure, and temperature instrumentation. These include but are not limited to Honeywell and Rosemount smart transmitters. Enders Hauser and Ohmart Vega smart levels along with Fisher leveltrol pneumatics. Fisher valve smart petitioners as well as the older pneumatic positioners.
• Each technician is responsible for a certain workload dictated through SAP along with audit record keeping and ability to buy and replace stock in the warehouse.
• Assigned to turnarounds for annual interlock checkout with the Triconex 3 PLC and Delta V DCS.
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning of instrumentation on various systems necessary for processing chemicals.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and configure transmitters, valves and devices.
• Complete pre-loop/final verifications on both HART devices to DCS, with experience on both field and controls sides, all paperwork included in these processes.
• Walk down/ perform loop verifications with Oneok client reps and inspectors.
