• Engage with customers on a daily basis, coordinate and manage order services for both builders and homeowners, prepare orders for builders, and organize materials efficiently. Made numerous calls with clients, guiding them to the appropriate department, and utilized email as a means of communication.

The role involved serving as a delivery driver for box trucks and semi-trucks in the North Texas region, responsible for delivering 40 to 50 packages to multiple destinations, as well as conducting inventory pickups. Additionally, the position required the use of a forklift and participation in warehouse maintenance activities.

Operated a cherry picker and forklift to retrieve furniture orders, assembled furniture, organized inventory, and provided assistance to other departments.

• Utilize push mower, weed whacker, edger, hedge trimmers, lawn tractor, gathering leaf, tools/equipment maintenance, property clean up, worked on homeowners, apartment complex, warehouses.

• Served in various roles, including product picker, box sealer, and computer label tag operator, ensuring accurate product inventory and overseeing that my colleagues fulfilled their respective duties.

• Work in the hard lines department, help customers with any questions regarding Sears tools and pricing, advise and educate customers on how to choose the right tools for their projects, responsible for opening and closing the department, operate opening and closing cash register.
