If I struggle with something specific I look for a coworker or superior to assist me to speed the process for the customer and using that moment to lean what i need to do or look for in the future. I have always been a very patient and understanding and transparent with customers to help keep them informed which also helps them to understand the process of things and keeping them calm if there are any complications during the transaction. I love working with a team but do not mind working alone if needed.
