Affiliations

  • I was a football coach in Morrison Illinois for nine years before moving to California thirteen years ago, the last two of which I was also president of the Morrison Junior Tackle League. I'm the proud father of four children and four grandchildren. Being involved in our kids and grandkids lives is the main reason we moved back to Morrison.

Accomplishments

  • When I started with Cort in California before moving to Charlotte NC, I was promoted to Lead after one year. We relocated to Charlotte and I transferred into the Charlotte Cort facility. I started driving the twenty-six foot delivery truck, picking up and delivering furniture. After a year or so I was brought into the warehouse where I was driving a cherry picker, in charge of the repair area, as well as processing incoming and outgoing furniture.

Certification

  • Certified equipment operator (cherry picker, fork lift, pallet rider) as well as certified to drive a twenty-six foot delivery truck.
