- Installed and repaired plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Before starting these big projects we would have to look at the blueprints to see where everything is going
- Measure off walls to get our right measurements of exactly where our toilets, vanity's, ice maker box, etc might be going
- After getting our markings of where everything is going, we would then put in the ABS which is a drain system for sinks, showers, toilets, washer and vents.
- When ABS drains are done, we have to foam wrap pipe and fitting that are going to be in segment. Also filled up with water so we know and inspector knows that our pipes are glued together.
- Feed new water lines from the main to the water heater and from there to every source that is needed for new hot and cold water lines.
- Feed new gas lines to either a stove or fireplace if needed.
- After the house is built we put in new faucets, shower trims, toilets with wax rings, dishwashers and water heater up to code.

- Grilled meats like steak at 145f , chicken at about 165f or more, and spicy meatballs at 160f
- Cooked brown rice and white rice first by rinsing them out about 4 times or until the water with rice is about clear. Before leaving the white rice to cook for about 40 minutes I put saffron and mix. When they are done I let them sit with olive oil for about 10 minutes before mixing it with parsley and salt then serving
- Would also deep fry falafels at 350f, pita chips ,and pita crisps.
- Throughout everything I touched weather from the cutting board to cooking. I had to clean off whatever I was using and wash hands in every area I do
- Trained new grill cooks on cooking techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
- I was closing so by the end of my shift I maintained a clean and organized workspace for morning shifts.
- Regularly cleaned and maintained grilling equipment to ensure peak performance at all times.

- Would go into attics to connect conduit where ever the solar panel boxes were gonna get connected to put wire through them.
