As part of my responsibilities, I aim to establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients while projecting a professional image. I oversee and monitor the work of contractors and subcontractors. Additionally, I manage the workflow of our team, create schedules, and assign tasks accordingly. Meeting business objectives, deadlines, and performance standards is also a top priority. We maintain a regular evaluation process of our staff's performance to continually improve and identify areas for development.
