Summary

Received training in A/C and D/C circuit designs, analysis and troubleshooting, semiconductors, instrumentation, digital electronics, microprocessor programming and repair, and soldering while in school. Also, I received training in analog communications, DOS, Windows 3.11, `95, ’98, ’00, and knowledge in various Microsoft programs. While working in the Semiconductor and Solar Manufacturing fields, I gained multiple troubleshooting skills for various equipment that aid in the process for both semiconductor and photovoltaic devices such TEL Track Coaters, Nikon Steppers, multiple Metrology equipment, and Kayex 120 crystal growing furnaces.

Manager - Production Line Maintenance

  • Maintenance Manager of the Photolithography/Metrology/Bond & Grind/Wet Etch equipment modules for the NC Fab locations.
  • Coordinate team structure with Equipment Supervisors, Engineers, and Technicians to provide maintenance support for all areas of coverage.

  • Collaborate with the Procurement and Logistics teams to verify spare part fulfillments and Vendor FSE service quotes are submitted for equipment repairs or services whenever needed.
  • During the 2024-2025 NCF closure timeframe, worked directly with Directors and VP to ensure the remaining EOL customer orders were fulfilled by helping techs and engineers continue to perform tool recoveries and preventative maintenance in a timely manner.
