Working at Iron Bay Restaurant and Drinkery gave me knowledge on how to prepare more unique cocktails. Instead of just making an ordinary drink such as a mojito we would put twists on them and make drinks such as a blueberry basil mojito. Also worked in the tap room in Iron Bay which had 24 taps of craft beer mainly from Michigan and Wisconsin. I also worked special events in the tap room such brewery takeovers where brewery's such as Bells or Shorts would come in to promote new and seasonal beers.
