  • I have been leading the ECE organization within Catholic Charities throughout the pandemic
  • I oversee the entire operation of the ECE department of 131 staff members
  • I led the organization through the toughest period in its history, during the COVID pandemic
  • I had to lead our team with communication and clarity while making constant real-time decisions that effected our whole agency
  • I am apart of the Senior Leadership Executive team at Catholic Charities
  • I oversee and manage a budget of over $9,000,000 annually
  • I have experience working with the federal government, state and local agencies with regulatory oversight and funding oversight
