Also did all the day-to-day activity for the park. I Dealt with all Vendors such as Electricians to get the power on in all Buildings and Park Infrastructure, Well house water system and RV lots to be rented. Plumbers to rebuild septic system at clubhouse and well house and replaced over 1601 water hydrants to provide water to the whole property.and maintain the curb appeal and park cleaned and running the reservation system and collection of lot rents, Advertise for the park and take all maintenance calls and complaints. Basically I did it all.
