Assembled aircraft components and systems on the 747 program and the 787 program these include Wing components Interiors components such as Seats,Sidewalls,Insulation blankets,Carpets,Galleys Stowage bins.I also installed Systems for Oxygen and Hydraulics such as tubes and fittings.I have used various machines and hand tools such as Drills,Riviting tools,Grinders,Hammers ,Wrenches,Band saws,Bench grinders and other various handtools.
Completed complex assembly tasks, resulting in a higher level of precision and fewer errors in finished products.
Assembled and installed mechanical components on aircraft according to blueprints and other specifications.
Verified part numbers and serial numbers on part and components to ensure the correct installation on aircraft per processes and procedures.
Followed company protocols and procedures to minimize production waste and avoid unnecessary costs.
