Promoted from Sales Coworker to Receiving Team lead and then to Self Serve Warehouse Team Lead. Where I managed a team that was responsible for maintaining and selling over 50% of the volume for the store. While maintaining some of the highest standards for cleanliness and organization, that have been acknowledged by store review boards. I've also developed coworkers through one on one training that have been promoted into leadership roles. Handled scheduling during a time when we lost 40% of our scheduling hours do to promotion and graduation without incurring overtime. I was responsible for creating and implementing an entire warehouse bin plan. I also handled the product range changes that occurred four times a year.
