My goal for this position is to learn new skills and provide quality and professional results for customers. I'm an incredibly quick learner, who genuinely enjoys learning new things and broadening my horizons. I work great with others and always communicate my plan for the day with my team and my manager to ensure everything goes as smooth as possible. I get along with all of my peers and well regarded as being a stand-up employee who causes no problems for anyone I work with, and I always help when needed without question. I've only ever been in one leadership position and that was while working at McDonald’s. While I was there, I learned that in my opinion the best way to lead a small team is by working alongside, them while ensuring all tasks and sanitization are done according to company, state and federal protocol. It's important to keep a good sense of comradery with your subordinates while making sure they know who is in charge but not taking advantage of that power and position.
