2024 Larry O. Spencer Innovation Award

In 2024, I was honored to receive the Larry O. Spencer Innovation Award for my work in leading the project that designed a 3D printed blade blending tool for the C-17 aircraft. This project directly addressed a critical maintenance challenge, and is estimated to save the U.S. Air Force over $3M in repairs annually.
