Manage the University's NextGen Graduate Appointment System for hiring all on-campus graduate assistants. Represent Assistantships and NextGen on various university committees to include the HR Steering Team committee in meetings and executing sign off authority for system testing and upgrades. Work directly with Enterprise Application Services (EAS) to facilitate continued development and maintenance of the NextGen System. Serve as the lead and visionary for the creation of the upcoming new fellowship request processing system with EAS (note: this system is still in development).
Data management for Human Resources Information System. This includes making corrections in Job Data and working with the HRIM Director as primary point of contact for questions/issues.
