•Using existing materials, created covers for ice wells at Daer Day Club and Daer Night Club, Developed an evolved version of covers using ABS plastic purchased from Amazon. Covers were food grade and small enough to clean in dishwasher., Covers enabled filling of all ice wells in the evening before opening of Day Club. 90% of ice was retained overnight. This greatly reduced the chaos and stress of running out of ice for Day Club, Night Club, and Rooftop Bar during busy shifts, and sped up prep time. King Bed, 01/21, 03/21,
•Facilitated the moving of a beautiful outdoor King bed from Delano Hotel (Closed after permanently after Covid, a sister club) to SLS Hotel pool, assembling and positioning it alone. Enhances guest experience and boosts revenue for servers. Bed continues to be a fixture at SLS.
•Pool Shelf Chairs, Recommended adding waterproof deck chairs to the pool shelf at SLS Hotel's Guest Pool for guest comfort and increased revenue. Implemented and positioned chairs accordingly.
•Ice Burner, At Hyde Beach, SLS Hotel, Purchased and installed a hot water hose to burn dumped ice (from champagne buckets). Clear Ice, 05/19, 06/19
•Using existing materials, greatly improved clarity of XL ice cubes, used in specialty drinks.
