Started as freight breaker quickly worked to loader and to lead in first year, then of course to superviser over outbound dock managing both city P&D coming in but also inbounds with due freight for outbound operations. Tasked with getting trailers and freight to the dock efficiently enough to meet outbound needs. Our dock is 165 doors but the total of drivers and trailers approach 210-230 per night. Coach, manage and lead approximately 40-60 people to attain our goasl on a daily basis.
