Summary

Experienced leader with strong background in guiding teams, managing complex projects, and achieving strategic objectives. I have developed efficient processes, ensuring high standards, and aligning efforts with organizational goals. I am currently a Fire Lieutenant responsible for leading crews daily into IDLH environments for the last 7 years. As a Lieutenant I have also performed duties of a Shift Commander in the absence of the Captain on a daily basis, and also serving as a Second Officer (Shift Commander) during countless overtime shifts. As a member of the Dive Team I have responded to numerous drownings and recovery incidents taking command, and deploying rescue divers while working with mutual aid fire/police agencies. While also serving as a Fire Investigator that has been involved with investigating dozens of structure fires working with Municipal/State agencies. Recently I have lead Local 2116 as the President working on policies and procedures promoting Firefighter safety, and creating a Standard for the department. This was the first time ever the department has had a procedure specific to each company from medical aids, motor vehicle accidents, gas emergencies, and structure fires all while keeping crew integrity within the apparatus and staffing available. I was formally a fire service technician working on the same fire equipment we currently use to include SCBA, Jaws of life, thermal cameras, and gas meters. Currently I am a field supervisor for a local developer responsible for the supervision for every stage of building. This has given me extensive knowledge of single family residence, apartment buildings and commerical buildings construction.
