I was hired as a cleaner in a meat processing shop but in 2 months later, i was helping the meat production team to prepare the products. i was later promoted and became a member of the production team. In a month time, my manager spoke to me about how costumers were complimenting me on my work and also how I take care of the shop when he is not at work. He therefore urged me to take a test to become a Person In Charge [PIC]. I did take the test, passed and became the Person In Charge, thus, a Supervisor. and had a certificate.
