• make sure the conveyor belts to cold room are working correctly

•make sure all bagging belts, conveyors and bagging machines work properly

Make sure correct chemicals are in the water when running chlorine or not , dump taknk temps very per verity

•control dump tank temps

•make sure dump tank bin de stackers are working properly

•make sure brush bed is working properly, every brush

•make sure the correct sorting program is loaded/ verries by verity

•make sure all gripers and scales are working to weight every piece of fruit

•make sure all sizer cups are working properly, run drop test before every shift

•make sure all chains on rototillers are working to haul out bins

•make sure all photo eyes are adjusted probably so the bin matic can pick up bins

•make sure the bin matic is working and sticking all presided fruit bins in correct spot

•manage personal, fork lift drivers , sorters , QC's , tag makers

•Manage hours of employees

•up load sorting programs and make changes as needed

•make necessarily changes to IFA internal sorting programs as needed

•call BBSI for help with temp workers as needed

•give employees vacation and days off as requested

•pay employees , hand over they're checks

•Keep track of all presided fruit , location
