FIRE CHIEF / EMT
- Responsible for running 3 Fire Stations, which have 5 fire trucks, 2 UTV vehicles, 1 boat. Along with the daily operations and budget of the fire department.
- Responsible for hiring and firing of personal with the assistance of my officers.
- Responsible for the well-being and safety of up to 25 fire fighters and EMT's.
- Making sure all members receive proper training for their own safety and the safety of others in times of emergencies.
- Teach fire safety to daycare's and elementary schools.
- Fire Instructor 1 and 2 through the National Fire Academy.
- Make sure the fire department is in compliance with the Bureau of Labor Standards.The department is in compliance with the SHAPE program.
