To describe my responsibilities, everyday I was in charge of a local farm. I would show up every day at a specific time to perform time-sensitive activities related to plants, I would trim and prune as needed, I would water and mix nutrients for plants that needed attention, and performed multiple various tasks ranging from the planting of new seedlings to the creating of large, makeshift structures. Whenever we employed any temporary workers, I was in charge of instructing them of the duties they would have to perform and managing both the site and providing help to workers who needed it. For an extended period of time, I also guarded the worksite.
