Performed GTAW welding on 16 gauge cold rolled mill steel for load centers, outdoor electrical socket covers, and housings for fire alarm panels.
Punched holes in materials to be fabricated, and ground gasket surfaces on finished electrical covers.
Loaded finished fabricated pieces into boxes and stacked onto pallets for shipment. Cling wrapped the load for shipping and printed required labels to complete the task for shipping to the sister facility for powder coating and final assembly.
