Accomplishments

Developed and created a 24/7 365 day Dispatch Operation Call Center for the Block By Block and their client The Hollywood Partnership. Created and Established SOPs for an operation delivering 4 unique services:

  • Cleaning Ambassadors
  • Safety Ambassadors
  • Hospitality Ambassadors
  • Community Outreach Ambassadors

Documented and resolved stake-holders requests which led to the all services to be available and provided to all stake-holders within an 88 block radius.

Part of Mayor Karen Bass's plan to assist the Homeless Community in Hollywood with neighboring outreach services such as the Dept. of Mental Health. Worked closely with the Dept. of Sanitation to help discard large sized encampments, and bulky items.

Collaborated with outreach agencies of 10 in the development of outreach services aimed at creating or re-connecting homeless individuals with services to receive shelter, food, clothing, and specialized trauma assistance.
