Summary

Following a long and rewarding career as a Federal Law Enforcement Agent I transitioned to the role of Command Center Supervisor at an indoor stadium hosting professional sporting events pursuant to a lifelong goal of working in the sports industry. In my current role I have gained expertise in large stadium event operations and value the professionalism required to effectively produce consistent positive outcomes. Throughout my federal law enforcement career I undertook a variety of collateral duties in addition to multiple leadership positions.   • As a Command Center Supervisor, I manage digital, electronic, and video security systems to ensure operational integrity for the Wells Fargo Center, a multi-purpose indoor arena home to the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League (NHL), the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball Association (NBA), and the Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League (NLL). Additionally, I direct a security team while ensuring compliance with established protocols and standard operational procedures in a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere.

  • As a Supervisory Federal Law Enforcement Agent (GS-14, Series 1811) I was responsible for leading a team of seven Federal Law Enforcement Agents and one General Analyst in violent and financial crime investigations in the greater Philadelphia area. I utilized Microsoft Office applications daily while executing a variety of traditional administrative responsibilities. Further, I mentored and motivated team members while ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures as well as adherence to the Federal Criminal Code and Rules pertaining to criminal procedure. Additionally, I routinely communicated with law enforcement partner agencies, the U.S. Attorney's Office, U.S. Postal Service management representatives, customers and team members through written reports, meetings, presentations and daily interactions. In support of agency and division programs I performed multiple collateral duties to include; Executive Protection for the Postmaster General, Recruiter, Post Basic Training Coordinator and Officer Survival Instructor. Further, I was assigned special projects which included Economic Impact Payment (EIP) Security Coordinator where I was responsible for the security of over 50 million EIP (stimulus) checks originating from the U.S. Treasury, Bureau of Fiscal Services and processed through the local USPS Processing and Distribution network throughout 2020 and 2021. In this role I was recognized with the Philadelphia Division Guiding Principles Award for leadership.

  • As a Federal Criminal Investigator (GS-13, Series 1811) I was responsible for conducting complex federal criminal and administrative investigations with a nexus to the U.S. Postal Service. In this role I served federal subpoenas, was the affiant on numerous federal arrest and search warrants, processed evidence and testified in court. I participated in over 100 tactical operations related to narcotics trafficking investigations with partner local, state and federal agencies. The utilization of advanced technology to include; covert electronic surveillance equipment, CCTV surveillance, mobile radio communications in conjunction with in depth analysis of proprietary and open source databases routinely assisted in complex case development. Detailed and accurate report writing contributed to a conviction rate in excess of 95% for all criminal cases I presented for prosecution.
