Richard Lozano

I was responsible for coordinating indirect fires such as artillery , mortars , naval gun ships, and as well as coordinating and calling in aerial attacks with aircraft. I worked with a small unit and was responsible for supervising the marines that were put under my lead and making sure that all tasks that had to be done were done in a timely and satisfactory manner. I had other responsibilities such as planning missions out or forms of training ; training junior marines to ensure their performance and skills maintained at the standard or above. I also established new procedures at my shop that led to us increasing our productivity of the amount of training we got done by 15% per day. I've also been to special courses throughout my time in the Marines that emphasized the importance of working as a team, leadership , and a hard work ethic.
