Overseen operations of the sale of used cars and trucks. Administration paperwork, ran credit reports, and loan applications. All paperwork required for registering the vehicle through BMV and Loans, ensuring all vehicle maintenance and detailing of vehicles were ready for delivery. • Pittsboro Jaycees, 1993 to 2019, Jaycees is a Non for profit organizations that provide help with our community and Families in need. Jaycees specialize in fundraisers and events such as the Hendricks county demolition derby, Pittsboro July celebration, Christmas families and College Scholarship Foundation. As an active chairman, I organize events, assuring goals of completion and expectations were met. Managed and ran all events and Fundraisers. Participated in help organizing and managing other Jaycees Including Danville and Indianapolis Jaycees.
• Awana Director, 2012-2017, Overseen Operations Children's Program, ages 2 to 16. Faith-based program of biblical principles of the bible. Organizing activities, guest speakers, games, fundamental skills, snacks, volunteers, and entertainment for children. In 2012 about 20 children average 8 volunteers, increasing up to 2017 about 65 children and 18 volunteers.

• A-1 Quality Rack and Axle Building, 05/01/95, My company had bought a pre-existing Nation Wise auto parts building. My partners and I had demolition Inside of the building, and with new construction built a remanufacturing facility, including new walls, Installing electrical wiring for Industrial equipment, setting up sale counters, offices and customer lounges. Installed a 8 bay Firestone franchise, called Circle City Firestone. Including Installation of all equipment.
• The Pitt Stop Building, 11/01/01, Walked into an empty building shell, prior to, The Pitt Stop opening. Myself and 5 Employees installed all electrical, insulation, HVAC units, walls and drywall for offices and customer lounge. Poured all concrete slabs. Installed lifts for vehicles and equipment. Plumbing and installation of 2 bathrooms and employee lounge and changing room.
• Building of Apartment, 06/01/19, Built 1500 square foot apartment. Including a Full bathroom and 2 bedroom, kitchen and living room. Framing of all walls, drywall and finishing. Complete electrical. Plumbing. Flooring. Cabinetry. Painting. Installed lighting and appliances.
