Operating and managing my delivery routes is my passion I take each year and reflect on where I potentially missed out on growth opportunities or spots that I could capitalize better as the year goes on My endgame is to make sure my sales are up from the previous fiscal year and my returns are down from the previous fiscal year Since I purchased my first delivery route in the early 2000's I have left the relationships and more importantly left the route with higher gross and profits being made
When it comes to my fishing channel, I have applied the same goals and work ethic that I do with my delivery routes It's important to put out quality videos that the public enjoys watching and yet satisfies my sponsors expectations of their brands This mindset has been the main contribution to my channel growth being steady while putting out quality videos that helped me hit the requirements of becoming monetized through YouTube
When I look at my route and management experience along with my passion for fishing, I feel like this is an excellent opportunity for myself This combines two things I love doing and will challenge me to help Sportsman's Wholesale grow to new, endless potentials
