In my own words I am born and raised in the shadow of the Hibernian Stadium Easter Road in Scotland. My first ever game I went to, my dad took me to see Geroge Best, the Manchester United super hero who signed for Hibs in 1979. I have a strong Scottish resiliance upon which is added ten years of living in Rome Italy giving me an appreciation for Latin flare and nuance.

- Organized daily practice sessions to ensure efficient use of time and resources. Running both traiing for the aerobic middle distance runners and the anaerobic sprinters / hurdlers.
- Monitored athlete progress through regular assessments and feedback sessions. I encouraged my soccer players to sign up to this season to boost their speed and endurance.

- Led training sessions focusing on technical drills and game strategies. Laning heavy into my education at the SFA Scottish Boys Football Academy, skills on and off the ball.
- POV Making a positive environment encouraging participation and enjoyment of the sport. I am a football (soccer) man and i love to play, not just to watch but walk though the pitch as play goes on to see the POV of each position.

- Game strategy - how to turn a 4-4-2 defensive setup into a counter attacking winning game
- Individualized coaching - set pieces: free kicks, corners - even centre kicks (we are trying a trick play this coming game for Bates learned from the Hibs Hearts game in January)
