- Oversee school-wide fitness initiatives.
- Support coaching staff.
- Act as the lead coach at the school.
- Work with coaches and athletes to address problems of discipline and poor sportsmanship.
- Oversee the business aspects of the Athletic Department in conjunction with the Business Manager.
- Purchase all equipment.
- Plan, delegate, and approve budgets.
- Participate in Lakes Region and NEPSAC Athletic Director meetings.
- Field calls and emails from parents and other Athletic Directors with athletic issues.
- Work with College Counseling Office in the recruiting processes.
- Work with the Admissions Office on a regular basis for tours, marketing, etc.
- Oversee Athletic web site, 'Alumni in Action' and alumni relationships.
