*This position was May through September for the 2023 and 2024 summer seasons.

*Ensured that non-property owners did not access the community park, boat launch, pavilion areas following established control procedures.

*Communication with management company regarding park usage and violations.

*Interaction with residents regarding expected policies for park usage.

*Deescalation of situations when procedures were not followed and individuals not allowed in park.

*Assisted with the daily needs of a husband and wife, with physical and cognitive dysfunction, in their home to ensure safety and general wellness, reducing the risk of injury.

*Assisted with exercise, entertainment, meals, and trips within the local community.

*Communication with nurse in charge and with family regarding care of the couple.

• Actively participated in team meetings, contributing valuable input toward process improvements and increased productivity.
• Maintained high level of safety when using hand and power equipment for hoisting, measuring, testing, and drilling of various types of installations.
• Interacted with customers to ensure accuracy of the project.
