I have been trained to perform housekeeping duties in several areas of the campus here at Mather VA in the 10 months that I have been here.

• My role was to manage all employees in the Cafeteria, Coffee Shop, and Retail store
• I did evaluations, hiring, coaching, and terminations
• I helped train new employees and new managers in their role
• I used Outlook email to receive and send communication
• I used a federal program to order PIV badges and also did timekeeping
• I handled day off requests and approved PTO as a timekeeper
• Was part of weekly meeting via Teams and also conference calls
• I did auditing to ensure great customer service was being provided.

• I communicated with clients and vendors via email and telephone to get all documentation for loan approval
• Communicated with loan underwriters to get all documentation needed to close loan
• Downloaded all client documents via email to company program for review
• Set up appointments for clients to sign closing docs
• Analyzed documents from clients such as trusts, deeds, income verification, and ID verification before sending to underwriters.

• My role as DM was to manage all units in my area to meet brand standards
• I hired and trained all store managers using company training program
• I did evaluations, coaching, and terminations
• I did compliance audits for customer service and brand standards
• I did weekly meetings and monthly meetings to go over results with my team.
