· Source candidates via internal database, LinkedIn and various job boards
· Interview candidates to determine overall technical aptitude as well as screen for specific positions

· Wrote a script to automate parts of the Loan Servicing Specialists job and help save their time and money buying documents we already had but were misplaced
· Worked extensively in Excel to create spreadsheets used to identify trends as to where documents were located and retrieve them
· Searched through old documents for missing mortgage documents that were mislabeled or incorrectly scanned
· Retrieved documents from county websites or from Title Companies when they couldn't be located in archives
