After Elite investigations lost the contract of Wholefoods to Allied Universal on June 6th is when Allied took over all of Wholefoods contracts from Elite Investigations.

For 1 month I was a Security Professional then I was given the chance to become a supervisor and watch over Security Professional and UnderCovers in a Wholefoods Market in Manhattan.

•as a supervisor every morning I must do a daily report called Roll Call to which we have to report and make sure all Security Professionals arrived on time to there post and are in full uniform if they are not then I must give them a first warning if it’s repeated again I must then report it to the account manager by email.

•If an Undercover makes a stop I must be present and be there in case of a bad stop or be a witness in case of an altercation with an Undercover and a shoplifter.

•Supervising also means dealing with internal problems with Security Professional or UnderCovers which in this case if there’s any issue between guards or UnderCovers then as a supervisor I must try to resolve the problem with them first before going to the account manager and reporting it.

•If an undercover stops someone who has stolen more then $150 then I inform the manager of the store who then calls the police to come and arrest the shoplifter and once the police arrives I must get there badge number and there name and what time they arrived to the store and depart with the shoplifter also. Then report it to my account manager by email.

•I was a Security Gaurd for Elite Investigations attending a Victory Secret’s fashion show in Brooklyn navy yards October 7th 2024 was when I started.

•During preparations we had to check every construction workers who were working there everyday they needed to get a wristbands from the office top building floor where they will be scanned to be sure they were the right people.

•Once the models came in we had to scan there necklace ID and the workers who worked with them so everyone of them were required to have there necklace ID to be sure they were who they are no one was allowed in the back preparation room without proper ID check and they had to go through me to check them.

•After the Victory Secrets were over Elite investigation sent me to Wholefoods market until the next event where we were required to wear a uniform for the job and use radios when homeless r sleeping in the dining area or when shoplifters are in the premises.

•In Wholefoods market we were required to stand long periods of time and greet people when they come in as well sometimes patrol the area every 30 minutes.

•We were not allowed to leave without face to face relief so that means if our relief is late we had to wait for them to arrive if they call out we were given the opportunity to do a double if we wanted to.

• Maintained a safe environment for staff in the shelter
• Responded quickly to emergency situations on the radio to assess and deflect issues.
• Checking clients coming inside the building using the metal detector
• Completed full building and grounds patrols every 30 minutes and I write on the book to document everything

• Making sure people don’t be shoplifting at the store if they do so I’ll go to the manager of the store to report it
• Walk around and also stand in a place for hours
• Work as a team member with another security at the same store
• Warned persons of rule infractions or violations and evicted violators from premises.
• Enforced security regulations and escorted non-compliant individuals to private areas for processing.
• Guarded restricted areas to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Addressed problems quickly and reported clear information while working under minimal supervision.

• I attended costumers with what type of fish they want
• When orders come out of the machine I make them and send them out to the packing area
• When fish is running low on the table I go to the back freezer and bring out another box of fish depending on the type of fish
• I also put label prices on (PKG) fish and put them out on the showcase
