• Developing and sustaining the Quality management system for Bits and Drilling tools - The standards, audit templates and subsequent audits ensured that through regular audits and action follow up all our facilities maintained their API and ISO licenses. The Certificate of Alignment obtained through Lloyds Register was the first for slb and used in our tender submissions.
• Well Placement Domain Champion and SETC Recognition - As the Well Placement Domain champion in China and Russia, I was instrumental in the growth of the well placement business over 5-fold using fit for purpose logging while drilling technology and presenting at various internal symposiums and external seminars. I was one of the few Domain champions with the shortest progression in the SETC program from Senior1 to 3 within two years. Notable mention of wells personally geo-steered - Field test and successful introduction of the first Periscope job in South China for Conoco Phillips, Chevron with 100% Net to Gross. This success led to the introduction of this service all over China. Successful Extended Reach drilling for Exxon Mobil in Odoptu field using fit for purpose technologies such as StethoScope for ECD management, PeriScope for gas oil contact identification while drilling and steering for a record 2000m in a single formation up to 10 km.
• Dual services manager in India - Successfully managing over nine clients in Deep water, shallow water and land operations running and field testing our latest technologies. During this time, I also managed the role of training and staffing manager in India.
