  • Years of experience operating a Siemens PCS7 system to control the plant.
  • Operated and maintained utility's ex. air compressors, boiler, cooling tower, chillers, nitrogen generator, water softeners, and waste water system.
  • Ran chemical tests on on utility water to monitor water quality and would adjust chemical dosing based on the results.
  • Scheduled railcar switches three times a week based on the amount of raw material storage or final product storage.

  • Preparing equipment that needs to be worked on. Flushing pumps of containments for seal replacements.
  • Loading and unloading of railcars/tankers. Mainly feedstock and biodiesel.
  • Tearing down, cleaning, re-gasketing, and rebuilding plate and frame heat exchangers.
  • Changing/cleaning out spray nozzles on flash tanks.
  • Maintaining and updating SOP's and Work instructions as needed.
  • Created the plant PSV program and created PM's in our ERP system so maintenance can follow as needed.
  • Finding ways to keep production going without shutting down the entire plant due to failing equipment.
