  • This company shut down in July of 2024 and I was permanently laid off on 05 – 06 – 2024
  • Main responsibilities were both loading and unloading of trailers, consolidated loads while using forklifts, slip sheeting trucks, etc.
  • I was used in a lead position to a degree as being able to choose co-workers for the day while doing to above mentioned assignments, I also performed quality assurance in assigned areas where I would scan loads going into trailers for verification purposes, count items to matching PO’s, set up the trailers (securing loads, airbags, straps, seals etc. for the spotters to pull said trailers.
  • Idle time/slow times were spent cleaning the warehouses, consolidating loads in trailers, helping other forklift drivers at times for such things dropped or broken pallets, correct loading procedures, etc.

  • Inventory Control/Inventory Auditor: Responsibilities consisted primarily of finding missing drums, bags, totes, of chemicals misplaced by forklift drivers
  • This warehouse consisted of strictly chemicals and was estimated to have stored roughly 2,000 55-gallon drums alone at any given time
