I Work in a program Called Quest in the as a mentor in a day program with adults with mental disabilities, assisting them to become part of society by getting ready to apply for jobs getting used to routines by getting out in the community and getting them used to socializing with others while teaching them to manage their finances independently and any other tasks they shall need

• Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.

• Oversaw students in classroom and common areas to monitor, enforce rules and support lead teacher.
• Collaborated with teachers for lesson preparation by preparing materials and setting up equipment.
• Assisted lead teachers with lesson plan creation and materials development .
