Delegate work to technicians, and communicate milestones on a day to day bases. Work with Supervisors on how we can better train the Technicians and be more efficient. improve shop floor, and took on a bigger roll to help supervisor track our parts to get them to our Production floor. Also did testing for 2nd before shipping.
As a single face operator, I dealt with a variety of manufacturing challenges that would differ from day to day. An operator of multiple machines on the production floor, I became experienced with many methods of inspection, pre-operational checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required. I quickly became a reliable team member capable of autonomously performing in a demanding environment.
As a carpenter working mostly with dry wall and metal framing, I had gained valuable experience as a lead for variety of projects having been the go-to amongst the apprentices. I took it upon myself to learn how to read blue prints, schematics, and engineering directives with greater intricacy than required of an apprentice, and always sought to grown my professional skill set.
Working as a tattoo artist helped me learn how to focus on the details of any task I take on, and how to ensure my customers were satisfied with any product I promised. The values of a strong team and building a strong support system within any team will undoubtedly stay with me the rest of my professional career.
