  • Oklahoma State University Medical Center: Currently maintain 90% market share. Work with Cardiology Fellows to develop them into potential referring physicians for Boston Scientific wherever they may go. Perform monthly meetings to train them on device interrogations, interpret reports, and implanting devices. Yearly we do a pig heart dissection program led by a Cv surgeon and a Technology night to showcase Boston products.
  • Saint John and St Francis are historically Medtronic accounts and heavily staffed with their personnel. Currently, I am working with the other divisions to present a contract that gives the physicians the latest tools they are asking for at a price administration will approve. There are also new implanters in these accounts that prefer Boston devices, and their staff has little experience. I have an educational process planned to train them to use our programmers and understand the interrogations per physician request.
  • Hillcrest contracts are managed nationally and are currently under negotiation. I've met with the department head of Electrophysiology and had a productive discussion on the new technology which he is very familiar with. Once the contract has been finalized, I will develop a plan to grow business there.
  • I have utilized company training opportunities for implanting customers to go in-house and meet engineers and trainers to gain a better understanding of Boston products. These meetings have given my customers a greater understanding of the products and algorithms that are in the devices they choose to implant. They also allow me to develop a deeper relationship and showcase my expertise in cardiac rhythm management.
