Assure Gages and Fixtures are ready for Production use. Meeting all Customer specs. Lead the departments providing the guidance and communication skills between all other Departments. Quality and Process Engineering, Production Control, Shop floor. Work with Outside Vendors providing Recertification of our gages onsite and offsite. Participate in Quality Audits ISO and NADCAP for example.

Setup and Run Machines meeting Customer quality tolerances and Daily output requirements. Train new Machine operators. Operate safely using Lockout tagout, crane lift and help chain.

Schedule Production in Cells to meet Customer demands. Work closely with Shop floor and Outside suppliers on turn times and due dates. Order castings and create PO's. Help Coordinate physical inventory.

Implement Continuous Improvement strategies through Kaizen events. Alcoa Business System (ABS), Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE). Identify Issues, Develop Solutions, Implement, Evaluate, Standardize. Helped develop Cellular manufacturing with Cell Boards.
