  • Perform Quality Assurance compliance checks for entire operational functions of the business. This includes operational compliance, fleet compliance, human resource/payroll compliance, administrative compliance, personnel compliance and vendor compliance.
  • Complete daily sales meeting, discuss upcoming project plans provided to clients with each individual sales arborist. Review and develop work requirements for each client.
  • Review all project plans with arborists for each project. Develop and execute project plans to include state/federal approval for operations of heavy equipment on sites and roadways, pesticide applications, posting for pesticide applications within jurisdictions.
  • Complete Special Permit applications for Maine Bureau of Pesticide Control and New Hampshire Department of Agriculture for all upcoming municipality, hospital, and right of way projects with sales arborists. Complete assessments of all residential clients to ensure target application site is accurate.
  • Complete all estimates for material and labor costs for each client and approve work orders for sales arborists to ensure materials and equipment are on site for the completion of each project.
  • Order and secure materials following all guidelines for appropriate steel cabling, rigging lines, and pounds per square inch of metal, brick or wood materials ordered.
  • Review with office administration all human resource compliance issues noted from prior day, review to approve payroll from prior day, review any client comments and distribute to proper sales arborists for execution by end of day.
  • Review and complete all financial records for day, week, month and annual statements. Input data into automated SIGMA systems and align with day, week, month and annual budgeted goals.
  • Review discrepancies positive and negative within the SIGMA system from financial records and develop action plans to reforecast both positive and negative finances. Ensure all profit and loss statements are justified and in line with forecasted budget.
  • Review marketing digital data in SIGMA, adjust marketing expenses based on business volume, cost per click and cost per client. Submit marketing expense forecast to reflect current business needs and developments. Target specific demographics to drive different service line revenues.
  • Schedule Monthly Operating Review with Regional District Manager, Vice President of Eastern US, Vice President of Commercial Sales, Vice President of Residential Sales, Fleet Director and Vice President of Marketing. Review total monthly territory operational review.
