I have over 30 years professional experience in the logistics field. 9 years in the U.S. Army and 23 years at Homeland Security Investigations. I have honed my logistics expertise in both Fleet and Property Management as a result of my diverse work experience. For the last 23 years I have been the sole Vehicle Control Officer and Fleet Manager for my office where I oversee a diverse fleet of 129 government vehicles on average. As such, I manage multiple national-level programs to include the WEX Fleet Card Program, FleetHome, Fleet Management System, Sunflower Property Management System, and GSAFleet. I manage the safety and overall condition of my fleet vehicles to include proper intervals for all scheduled maintenance, Safety Recall Notices, and vehicle registration requests and renewals.

  • Certified GSA Fleet Manager-2024
  • In the last 23 years I have disposal of over 140 government vehicles and the receipt of over 130 replacement vehicles. This includes the meticulous upfitting of each of the new replacement vehicles with the necessary vehicle modifications that include emergency equipment purchase and installation in each.
  • In the last two years I have completed the removal and disposal of 92 old mobile radios and the installation of 92 new vehicle radios throughout my fleet of 129 vehicles.
  • In the last three months I have disposed of 199 Motorola radios totaling more than $900,000.00.
  • I am responsible for more that $1,000.000.00 worth of property and equipment
  • Trained multiple personnel in the field of Fleet Management and Property Management
  • Resolved unexpected problems with critical thinking and decisiveness. An example of this would be a building parking lot repaving issue by facilitating the use of a tow truck without charge for two days in order to move non-running vehicles out of parking lot needing to be repaved on extremely short notice. This was accomplished by the vendor relationships I have successfully fostered over the years and resulted in a 100% successful repaving of the parking lot for our office.
