I was able to help lead, organize and motivate the management team to record new car sales and gross for the year 2021 and accomplish number one in the Region out of 74 dealers.
As of now April 2022, We remain number one but in a much closer race due to Inventory.

With one year of experience as a sales manager/used car manager I was promoted to Gsm when all other sales managers had much longer sales manager experience.I was given one simple task by the owner as my responsibility as Gsm

When I took over there were very few processes and consistencies.
I implemented many things
A sales rotation system
From an Up system (increasing time management)
Demo permit forms (Increased customer information gathering with accuracy) Email and Phone numbers
We went from 35% customer information accuracy to nearly 100% accuracy
Up logging with 100% input in the CRM
And notes in the CRM of the unsold visits
Reduced the sales protection from 72 hrs to 24hrs
(increase urgency for every floor and internet customer )
2006-2014 the store was selling 150-230 new cars
And 60 to 100 Used per month
During this time my duties as GSM also included
1) Managing CSI surveys and scoring
2) Used car retail and wholesale Manager
3) Finance director
4) customer satisfaction
In 2014 the store was remodeled
After 2014
Up to Oct 2000, the store was selling 250-280 new
80 to 120 used
After the remodel we had more staff I no longer had to
