At my 39 years at Erik's DeliCafe I Started as a sandwich maker and cashier. I quickly moved up to night supervisor, assistant manager then location manager within less than a year.
Before that I was also part of the management team at Togos when they were young, there were only 3 locations when I started.
I am skilled in POS programming (Casio models 7300 and tk2100) and computer programming (Basic, Fortran, Cobol and PL1 languages}. I am a Seasoned Operations Manager and talented leader with 45 years of experience applying exceptional planning and problem-solving abilities toward enhancing business plans and day-to-day activities. Results-driven and resilient in developing teams while improving processes and increasing productivity.
