Holt Construction
  • Lufthansa Airlines Senator's Lounge at JFK International Airport | 16,000SF | $12M: Construction of a 3 tiered lounge for premium Lufthansa clients within Terminal One which included a bar, full kitchen, new elevator and dumbwaiter
  • Major challenge during this project involved placing a crane outside the building on the tarmac on several occasions in order to hoist the steel material needed
  • Through detailed pre-task initiatives the construction and safety efforts were communicated to all parties involved with clarity allowing positive scheduled progress
  • Peet's Coffee & Tea at JFK International Airport | $500k: Restaurant build-out for SSP at Terminal 4
  • Coordinated heavily with airport security, customs, and building management due to the sensitive location of the site and its direct contact with the public
  • Through consistent communication via a well-organized pre-task initiative plan and two-week look ahead, I was able to turn over the project on time with no negative incidents due to concise information and execution
  • ZOOM Café at JFK International Airport | $300k: Terminal 8 Host restaurant build-out revolved around a specific painting technique/pattern using scuffmaster paint
  • With aggressive planning and scheduling, under my supervision and direction the project was turned over on time
  • Ruby Tuesday at Newark Airport | $400k: A restaurant build-out at Terminal A Newark Airport
  • The site was located behind security and required heavy coordination and vetting between airport authorities, trades, and owner supplied materials
  • Through successful communication, scheduling, and concise paperwork via coordination meetings my direction and supervisory objectives were met and also provided a successful turnover
  • Caviar House & Prunier at JFK International Airport | $400k: Caviar House installed at open concourse within Terminal 4 JFK Airport
  • The biggest Challenge involved installing new plumbing lines below the site slab, which in turn, placed us within the ceilings of the International Arrivals Customs/TSA checkpoint
  • An excessive amount of vetting was required in order to be within this sensitive location with machinery and manpower
  • My Concise information/paperwork prevented any denial of access and allowed this project to continue on schedule
  • American Airlines Cargo Building 123 Demolition at JFK | $3.6M: As lead Superintendent I was tasked with coordinating the demolition of the AA cargo building measuring 250,000SF, shutdowns, MEP disconnects, relocation of voice networks to an existing hangar, and the installation of a new sub station for continual service to other existing facilities
  • Safety was the top priority for this project
  • Con Edison 4 Irving Place | NYNY | $11M: 3rd and 24th floor restack/interior fit-out
  • Stringent safety coordination, strong relationship building with Con Edison supervisors, and updated daily communication issued to building engineers provided a successful turnover
  • AXA Private Equity | $700k: Challenging two-phase office upgrade/renovation
  • Work was conducted on half of the site while the client remained operational at the remaining half
  • Heavy safety and noise mitigation protocols were implemented in order to ensure the safety of others and also allow for progressive workflow
  • Daily updated scheduling allowed the client to visualize progress and also understand how to assist with the project while operational
  • SCORES at TRUMP TAJ MAHAL | 35,000SF | $25M | Atlantic City, New Jersey: As Lead superintendent I coordinated with trades and the design team to construct 3 large individual clubs each with state of the art audiovisual systems, sports bar, a terrace, and full kitchen
  • Other notable finishes: custom banquettes, upholstered walls and ceilings, custom designed wall coverings, custom mirrors, and specialty ceiling fabrications
  • Gloucester Premium Outlets | 370,000SF | $68M | Gloucester NJ: As the Lead Superintendent I was tasked with the field coordination of erecting nine (9) new buildings, creating white box shell interiors of the 125 tenant spaces within the nine (9) new buildings, installing a food court, installing the surrounding parking lot, detailed service courts for each building, intricate hardscape, gallery roofs at each building, and management offices
  • Extremely Heavy safety protocols proved to successfully keep everyone from injury and create a harmonious work site
  • WEWORK | 39,000SF | $6M | 1601 Market St
  • Philadelphia: Fast track project with a very aggressive schedule
  • As superintendent I was challenged with aggressive coordination of multiple trades and owner supplied contractors/materials, rerouting construction efforts due to infrastructure impediments, and maintaining an extremely sharp eye on safety protocols
  • The project was delivered on schedule and without injury due to expeditious communication and decision-making
  • WEWORK | 55,000SF | $6.5M | 1900 Market St
  • Philadelphia: Phase 1 included the installation of the standard hard wood flooring first within an aggressive 4 week schedule prior to any construction starting
  • The balance of the project presented infrastructure challenges that required extensive coordination with building engineering and the design team in order to turnover on time
  • Communication was elevated during this project with all parties in order to resolve the infrastructure obstacles and progress to a successful turnover
  • Safety was closely monitored and successfully achieved during this aggressive project schedule

  • Extensive coordination and communication with 3 WTC management required in order to enter and exit the building with manpower and materials
  • Paying close attention to the vetting process and loading dock scheduling is key to avoiding any loss of essential time
  • SILVERSTEIN PROPERTIES | $400K | 4 WTC: Installed a prebuild space with specific details catering to the future tenant
  • Extensive coordination and communication with the 4 World Trade Center management is required in order to enter and exit the building with manpower and materials properly

  • WEWORK | 80,000SF | $12M | 75 Rockefeller NY NY: Challenging build-out of 4 floors included the installation of new steel stairs from the 8th floor to the 10th floor
  • Alterations to the existing base building MEP systems were carefully staged for a successful turnover
  • As lead super communication with the Architectural and Engineering teams proved to be beneficial in obtaining responses to key field issues that left unattended could have derailed progress
  • Safety protocols were closely monitored in order to secure a safe work environment
  • SILVERSTEIN PROPERTIES | $4.5M | 120 BROADWAY NY: This project called for upgrades to building core corridors and bathrooms at 7 floors including demolition of existing finishes and structures
