Collaborated with hospital HR leaders to substantially influence the reduction by two weeks for the onboarding of new hired employees.

Transportation Supervisor; Oversaw the daily activates of a transportation medical waste transfer station. Twenty certified drivers, who collected medical waste from hospitals, and any other medical facilities generated from Northern Kentucky to Northwestern, Ohio. Oversight of a fleet consisting of 25 trucks and assuring strict safety compliance of DOT and other local, state and federal agencies.


Updated all non-compliant DOT records, completely restructured warehouse layout, and altered the process for loading and unloading.


Area Supervisor; Led a team of ten In-Service Client service providers assigned to safety transfer of highly regulated medical waste containers from Patient Care spaces to designated staging areas to carefully package and prepare for DOT regulated transport from greater Cincinnati and Dayton hospitals to appropriate processing facilities. Hiring, training, and safety and efficiency metrics execution.


Streamlined service schedules improving efficiency and reduced staff by one FT.

Vendor Relations Specialist; Department liaison to several prominent vendors for the then, No. 3 ranked Children's hospital in the country. Liaison for vendors to ensure best in class service, efficiency, and cost controls. Also, courtesy and support to the vendors, leading toward positive outcomes for the hospital.


Initiated and collaborated with hospital department leaders and vendor partners to substantially reduce all hospital location linen costs from 30lbs. per day average to 20lbs. in 24 months, saving $400,000 annually.


Operations Manager; Led the operational oversight of hospital support department consisting of a team of 20 Frontline staff members, Supervisors, Department Leads, providing valued support services contributing to patient care satisfaction and safety goals.


Streamlined an inefficient medical waste collections process that was non-compliant and a major safety risk. Improved service and reduced vendor cost for a specific hospital location under my oversight for matting rental cost by careful monitoring and personal audits for each service. Resulting in the practice followed by main campus involving a deep investigation into the services of a specific vendor, which contributed to my appointed role as the vendor liaison at Children's Hospital for all EVS related service vendors, which were many.
