• Lead and oversee a team of over 19 Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs) during routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance operations.
• Track and document all maintenance activities for each aircraft assigned to the department.
• Collaborate with the structure's and powerplant Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) teams, as well as Aircraft Engineering, to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical issues.

• Performed troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to locate source of malfunctions.
• Inspected aircraft components and systems for wear, corrosion, or other defects.
• Performed non-routine maintenance on all aircraft systems and components.
• Conducted ground tests of repaired aircraft to verify problem resolution and ensure readiness for flight.
• Adjusted and repaired systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications.
• Engine run-ups and taxi qualifications on B727, DC10, MD10, MD11, A300, A310, B757 and B767.
• Conducted detailed inspections of aircraft engines, landing gear, and hydraulic systems to identify issues and necessary repairs.
• Supported engineering fit, tested, implemented, and worked on dynamic rigging for MD10, CF6-6, and -50 engines. I've worked on and replaced every type of engine that FedEx operates, including the GE90 and fan splits. I am extremely experienced with fan trim balance on all FedEx engines. I have worked on every part of every engine at FedEx.
• Guided Maintenance trainees through hands-on training sessions.
